ASSIA® provides management and optimisation of broadband and residential Wi-Fi networks with more than 100 million broadband households under contract worldwide. CiS is a value added reseller for ASSIA in Australia and New Zealand, and currently has its WiFi diagnostics and optimisation system installed and under trial.
CiS has leveraged its knowledge and capability of IT and Telecoms networks and field maintenance to develop remote monitoring and sensor management of mobile base-station sites that improve the Quality of Experience and reduce costs for the telecoms and oil and gas industries.
This development includes a pilot / proof-of-concept for an environmental management system which independently assesses and collects data from BTS sites, existing alarms, external environmental factors and integrates this with historical equipment failure data. Then, using expert learning systems CiS provides predictive analytics along with corrective maintenance actions to reduce operating costs and improve network performance
